We believe that a great result doesn’t just depend on technical skill, but also on how we communicate and work together.    That’s why We’ve designed every step of our process so that you know exactly what happens, when it happens, and what you can expect — from the initial idea right through to the final, polished render.    The following steps show how a project proceeds with us — from first contact to final delivery.    It’s always exciting when an email arrives: every project is different — a different architectural idea, a different site, a different mood. But the goal is always the same: to create a visual world that presents the building authentically, aesthetically, and with feeling.

1. Contact Us – The first step

Every collaboration begins when you reach out to us with a short message. You don’t need to cover every detail yet — just tell us roughly what type of visualization you’re thinking of, what you’d like to show from your plans, what scale your project is, and your timeline. After that, we’ll get in touch and send you a brief, targeted questionnaire to help us fully understand what you want to see, why we’re creating the visualization, and who it is for.

2. We Response to Your Inquiry

Our goal in this phase is to quickly and precisely understand your needs. – What is the visualization for? (competition, presentation, marketing, sales?) – What level of detail do you expect? (conceptual view, realistic view) – Do you have existing models or drawings we can build on? What do we start with? – What style, mood or material palette do you prefer? If you have reference images, we’d love to see them. This initial phase is not just about gathering information — it’s about building trust and communication between us. A good project always starts with everyone having the same vision. Visualization isn’t just technical work; it’s about thinking together about the architectural vision.

3. Information Gathering & Material Submission

Once we’ve aligned on the idea, we move into one of the most important phases: exploring the project in detail. In this step we’ll ask for everything we need to understand the entire project: 2D drawings: floor plans, sections, elevations (DWG or PDF) 3D models if you already have them (are they final?) Reference images or inspiration Site photos, environmental data Material and color samples if you’d like precise textures Possibly a mood board if you have a preliminary concept In this phase, we’ll check together that all necessary information is available, and if anything is missing we’ll help with sourcing or organizing it. We often assist with model cleanup or material name unification. Our goal is not only to understand forms, but also the intention of the architect or interior designer. Visualization works best when you can feel the designer’s thinking and intention in the image. This phase lays the foundation for how accurate, smooth, and efficient the remaining work will be.

4. Proposal & Project Schedule

When all required info is at hand, We’ll prepare a custom, detailed proposal. This document will show not just the price, but the full project schedule – so you see exactly when each step happens and when you’ll receive the first deliverables. The proposal always includes: A breakdown of work phases (concept, revisions, final render) Expected deadlines Payment schedule If you accept, We issue a 40% advance invoice. This secures your place in our schedule and officially kicks off the project. The remaining amount is payable only once the final work phases are completed. Many clients appreciate that our proposal is more than just numbers—it’s a clear step-by-step roadmap tailored to your project.

5. Accept or reject a quote

Now you have to decide whether our offer is good enough for you to accept. If you accept our offer and pay the advance invoice, we will start processing the project.

6. Concept Phase: Starting the Visualization Process

In the concept phase, we capture what will give soul to the whole visualization: composition, lighting and mood. At this stage, We are not focusing on perfect details yet, but on finding the best camera angles, perspectives and atmosphere that express the character of the building. Here we’ll create some preliminary visuals (so-called “clay renders” or quick previews) so we can see where we’re headed before investing in full detail. These help us steer the final look and feel. In this phase, we’ll: Build or optimize the model if needed Organize planned material surfaces Set basic lighting Establish initial camera views, decide on image ratio and resolution We will send you the material prepared to present the concept. Once the concept is approved, it’s time to bring everything to life. This is always exciting because here we decide how the final image will feel—how light, materials and composition will come together.

7. Decision On the Concept

You decide whether the basic concept we sent you is suitable for you. If not, then you need to write what the changes should be. The more detailed you can do this, the better.

Based on the detailed information you provided, We will modify the concept and send it to you again.

9. Feedback on the Improved Concept

If you think the basic concept is okay, we can move on to the next phase.

10. Revisions & Fine-Tuning

After the concept is approved, we move into the revision phase, when fine-tuning happens. Usually, two rounds of revisions are included — enough to polish every detail while keeping the process clear and controlled. Of course, we are flexible if minor tweaks are needed. Here it’s all about precision: every texture, light and shadow gets its place until everything is just right. During revisions we’ll consider your feedback but also provide professional advice when needed. The goal is not just to execute everything, but to deliver a result that is coherent and impactful. In this phase, we’ll handle: Detailed materials & textures Light and atmosphere fine tuning Vegetation and environment elements The goal now is not only accuracy, but the feeling—the “wow” effect. A strong architectural visualization is more than a realistic image—it conveys mood, gives an impression of what it would be like to be there. We always handle feedback openly and patiently. Our goal is not just your satisfaction with the image, but your pride in the visual representation of your project. If you like, we can work in parallel with you on your project — in that case we will adapt as much as possible to your workflow. We’d determine the details together.

11. Feedback on the Improved Revisions

If you think the first and second revisions were successful, we can go further.

12. Finalization & Final Bill

When everything is in place, we will finalize the render(s) at the requested resolution and format. We will first deliver the final images with a watermark for preview. Once the final invoice is settled, the watermark-free, full-resolution images become available to you. The images are delivered via a secure cloud storage (e.g., private link), so they are accessible and easy to download whenever needed. We can set the link so that only you can access it, or if you prefer, make it viewable by anyone holding the link. We usually save the images in multiple formats, depending on end use — web-optimized or print-ready. (If you request, we can also provide the raw render files.)

13. Final feedback & final bill

If you are satisfied with everything and pay the final invoice, the final material without the watermark will be sent to you.

We remove the watermark from the images and upload them to a cloud storage for you.

For me, work doesn’t end with the image delivery—I’m still there after the project closes. A few weeks later I’ll touch base to ask how you see our collaboration after some time has passed, how it was working with me, if there’s anything I could improve to make future work even smoother.    Many clients come back when they have a new building, development or concept they want to visualize. These repeat collaborations are the most valuable to me, because after some time a shared visual language develops and we can move much faster.    If you ever need an update, a new viewpoint, animation or a small post-production adjustment, I’m always open for continued work. I’m also happy to help optimize your images for web, social media or marketing materials.

This process is not just about scheduling tasks. It’s a trust-building system that ensures both of us know what happens, when it happens, what our roles and deadlines are.    Just as it gives you clarity and security, it gives me structure so I can deliver my best work.    Each phase is designed with as many feedback touchpoints as possible, so misunderstandings are avoided and the result is precisely as you envisioned—or, hopefully, even better.
