Payments for services are made according to the agreed quotation or invoice. Due to the digital nature of the final work, refunds are only available in cases where the service has not yet been initiated.
All digital files delivered remain the intellectual property of CoherenceVisual until full payment is received. After payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for the intended purpose. Redistribution, resale, or modification of the files without written permission is prohibited.
